Full Description: I bought this car about 10 years ago. I wasn't even looking to buy another Ghia, but when I came across this local ad for a 1958 Lowlight cabriolet, I knew that I should at least go look at the car since it was only 20 minutes away from where I live.
The previous owner had this car for about 15 years. The engine died on it within the first few years that he owned it. So, it was then parked in his garage until he decided to sell it. I gave him a deposit the first day that I looked at it. I then slowly started to disassemble the car and strip the body of it's old paint.
I bought the car without knowing that it had a very early production date. After doing some research, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that this cabriolet is about the second or third oldest cabriolet in th USA.
