Full Description: This is a preserved 53863 mile car in aero silver. Exterior was resprayed years ago but the entire interior and underside are original. Birth certificate shows a white roof.

Survivor 1959 Karmann Ghis low light coupe with less than 54,000 original miles. All numbers match including the original 36hp engine verified by the Factory Birth certificate. The Aero silver paint has been resprayed once in its early life and has a nice patina. The Ghia did leave the factory as a two tone car. The nose is perfect, the doors shut with perfect factory gaps and the pan is rock solid. There are two small patches at the lower rear front fenders. The car drives like a low milage never been apart VW should. Brakes. clutch and throw out bearing have been replaced. All glass is original. The interior is completely original. Rubber mats are a little crispy. The front cloth seat inserts are worn and need replacement. Rear seat, visors, head liner are like new as well as the door panels.
