Full Description: This is a nice and rare first year Karmann Ghia. This car went through a complete restoration about 1 year ago. Car is originally from Texas. It has its original (rebuilt) 36 hp motor and transmission. It is still running 6 volts through its wires. All chassis parts were power coated during the restoration. It steers tight and stops and goes without problem. I tried to match all of the interior details to factory specs including the cordroy and vinyl seat uphostery. This car won the AACA National first junior prize this past October at Hershey PA.
