Full Description: This is a restoration in progress. I am trying to get more information about the history of this car. If you have suggestions let me know.

My uncle actually sent me these pictures back in 2000 to tease me when I was on deployment in the military. I think he knows I love the Ghia and wanted to motivate me to come home.

He recently offered to make finishing the Ghia a family project. I am excited about the prospect of getting behind the wheel after all of this time.

As you can see the hard stuff is all done. We plan on on dropping an engine in it soon. My uncle recently explained to me that once I officially become and "air sucker" that I will leave the "water pushing" days behind forever.
