Full Description: This is a very original 59 Karmann Ghia with lots of lower rust issues. It still has its original engine, window and door glass glass (even the windshield) and interior, though I have removed the door panels (they are safely stored in the garage) and installed a later seat when I was driving the car (I still have the original seat with upholstery). I believe it only has 46,455 original miles, though I can't confirm this. All chrome is in excellent condition including the headlight rings, front signals and front window trim (further leading to my assumption of the low mileage). When I got the car I replaced the dash knobs with powder coated aluminum knobs and installed the correct 59 Ghia steering wheel, though it is missing the plastic cover and badge. I plan on using this car as an example to help me put my 58 Ghia back together and once my 58 is done I will likely sell it (all parts will remain on the 59, as I won't be using it for a parts car). The body is really straight and I have found some patch panels that will be kept with it in hopes that it will be repaired in the future.
